Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is looking for a high‑performing leader to join our Global Supply Chain team as Director Supply Chain Programs 1. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Supplier Relationship and Performance Management for the Air Dominance and Research & Advanced Design divisions, this role oversees a multi‑site workforce throughout Southern California. This position can be located in El Segundo, CA or San Diego, CA.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, proposals, procurement, business management, contracts, engineering or subcontracts OR a Master’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, proposals, procurement, business management, contracts, engineering or subcontracts
- Must have experience working with international and domestic suppliers
- Must have direct experience in working with capture teams in developing and submitting compliant new business offers
- Must have experience leading a team, process, and/or projects from conception to completion
- Must have Government Contracting Experience (FAR, DFARS) and terms and conditions, contract types and associated geometry
- At minimum, an active U.S. Government Secret level clearance is required to apply and to start the role, with the ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and Special Program Accesses within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the Company to meet its business needs
