Lead systems engineering for airborne air-to-ground radar capabilities: define architectures, requirements, performance budgets, and interfaces; conduct modeling/simulation and trade studies; plan and oversee integration and test from lab to flight; drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions; represent engineering in reviews and customer meetings; mentor engineers and support capture/proposal activities.
