Lead execution of the IBCS/AMDPCS Inc 3 OTA program managing cost, schedule, technical performance, risks, and cross‑functional teams. Serve as primary customer and leadership interface, ensure contractual compliance, drive issue resolution, and report program health and governance outcomes.
