Analyze lead times, WIP, cycle times, and throughput to optimize product flow and scheduling. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program cost, schedule, and technical requirements for government contracts. Lead configuration and data management activities for the Sentinel program: control technical baselines, perform document reviews, manage CDRL/SDRL processes, conduct configuration audits, develop data management products, and provide CM/DM SME support to stakeholders and subcontractors.

Manage program cost and schedule control for defense contracts using EVM principles: establish WBS, maintain baselines, perform variance analysis, prepare IPMR and government cost reports, forecast ETC/EAC, and support monthly program reviews. Interface with program managers, CAMs, and functional teams while using tools like MPM, SAP/BW, wInsight, and MS Office.

Lead integration and test of RF hardware subsystems for compact and near-field antenna ranges. Perform subsystem analysis from RF to digital, acceptance testing, troubleshooting, data collection and analysis, range integration/optimization, and software scripting. Use RF test equipment and design/maintain electrical systems. Requires active Secret clearance and ability to attain SAP clearance; occasional travel (~10%).
