Lead design, develop, and modify real-time embedded software (primarily C/C++). Participate in scrum teams and may act as Scrum Master; support clearance-required development and SAP access.

Develop and compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals; estimate labor and production costs; collect and maintain historical cost data; support risk/opportunity analysis, negotiations, and cross-functional proposal activities.

Lead mission-systems flight test efforts including test strategy, procedure development, data acquisition, and system qualification. Manage staffing and execution for lab, flying test bed, and flight test activities; coordinate with systems, hardware, and software engineers; develop schedules, status presentations, and oversee 12-20 engineers to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

Design and analyze analog circuits and subsystems from concept through verification. Perform circuit modeling, simulation, schematic capture and PCB layout support, signal and power integrity analysis, test and troubleshooting. Collaborate in model-based engineering, DevSecOps and Agile teams. Maintain DoD Secret clearance and work onsite in Woodland Hills, CA.

Lead and support Digital Engineering Ecosystem program operations: integrate and manage project requirements, monitor schedules and budgets, analyze and present data, drive issue closure, develop metrics and dashboards, coordinate across teams, and support change review and continuous improvement for restricted defense programs.
