Serve as the program Chief Engineer with technical authority across hardware, software, systems, integration and test. Define technical vision and architecture, manage risks, lead multi-disciplinary teams, interface with customers and executive leadership, and ensure design readiness for integration, verification, and production in a military/aerospace development program.

Lead manufacturing engineering support in a high-volume, high-mix aerospace production environment. Manage a team of lab designers to plan, design, build, integrate and operate SIL lab hardware and test equipment. Oversee schedules, budgets, technical planning, risk/cost analyses, staffing, mentorship, process improvement, and cross-functional integration with programs and customers.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of Global Supply Chain for Targets and Interceptors programs. Manage schedules, budgets, material planning (MRP/BOM), supplier performance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination as the PMO focal for supply chain activities. Serve as liaison to program operations and supplier IPTs, prepare status reports, and ensure program commitments and mitigation plans are executed.

Develop, design, test, deploy, and maintain satellite ground system software using modern web frameworks and server-side languages. Build high-performance services and messaging systems, use Atlassian tools and Agile/DevSecOps practices, collaborate cross-functionally, and support program milestones and customer requirements.

Develop, test, deploy, and maintain mission-planning software in an Agile environment. Support CI/CD pipelines, Windows-based builds/installers, automated and manual test procedures, system integration, customer technical interfaces, and documentation. Participate in scrum teams and may act as Scrum Master; support clearance-required development and SAP access.

Develop and compile cost, schedule, and technical elements for proposals; estimate labor and production costs; collect and maintain historical cost data; support risk/opportunity analysis, negotiations, and cross-functional proposal activities.

Lead mission-systems flight test efforts including test strategy, procedure development, data acquisition, and system qualification. Manage staffing and execution for lab, flying test bed, and flight test activities; coordinate with systems, hardware, and software engineers; develop schedules, status presentations, and oversee 12-20 engineers to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
