Manage a ~10-person systems engineering team for Sentinel support equipment and training devices. Lead technical and programmatic efforts, act as Work Package Lead (cost/schedule/EVM), define requirements and verification approaches for 200+ support items, develop interface products and VAM, review/generate OPSCON documentation, and own employee performance, mentoring, and career development.

Lead airworthiness data strategy including analytics, visualization, digital standards, and integration into the Digital Engineering Ecosystem. Lead mission assurance for missile products: act as quality liaison, generate and analyze quality metrics (FPY, FAI, Cost of Quality), develop inspection plans, perform process capability analysis, apply Lean and RCA tools, manage supplier audits and corrective actions, validate product readiness, and perform failure and risk assessments.

Lead design and delivery of deployable mechanical mechanisms for the Sentinel GBSD program. Develop CAD models and Product Definition Packages, support design through fabrication, test, installation, and maintenance, identify and resolve design/requirement gaps, and present technical reports and briefings while collaborating across IPTs and suppliers.

Engineer Interface Control Models (ICMs) using NX/Teamcenter in an IPT environment for Sentinel (GBSD). Create 3D CAD models, capture interface details, resolve design clashes, support reviews and engineering board processes, integrate with element teams, and support digital transformation initiatives to meet program objectives.

Designs, develops, tests, and debugs radar digital signal processing software for identification and tracking in geosynchronous orbit. Collaborates with hardware engineers, implements and optimizes DSP algorithms and pipelines, leverages GPGPU/CUDA acceleration and AI-enabled tooling, and follows high-side development processes. Requires active DoD Secret clearance.

Lead a multidisciplinary hardware engineering organization (~80 staff) supporting Targeting Systems and EO-IR products. Responsibilities include people management, program technical performance, budgeting, process enforcement, cross-functional coordination, strategic planning, capture support, project bids, and technology roadmaps. Ensure quality deliverables, staffing projections, and career development while maintaining compliance with industry standards and security requirements.
