Develop and generate high-fidelity kinematic missile trajectory data using the Threat Modeling & Simulation Suite. Review customer scenarios, assign threats and warheads, troubleshoot outputs, ensure data meets specifications, and coordinate with systems engineering and software teams to deliver Integrated Threat Products for missile defense simulations.

Lead IFC coordination, manage discrepancy resolution, and represent the Technical Baseline Manager in Software Review Board. Develop IFC strategy, content roadmaps, and certification packages. Serve as primary customer contact, drive performance to cost/schedule/technical objectives, and direct assigned program staff while ensuring compliance with contract scope and internal processes.

Plan and coordinate preparation and control of engineering and production documentation, manage change orders, analyze released engineering change data, and coordinate configuration/data changes across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and support to meet contract requirements.

Manage production project schedules, shop floor constraints, in-house part fabrication, and section readiness. Assess risks, develop mitigations, execute work release orders, support change execution, compile lessons learned, and coordinate with production leadership and functional teams to ensure on-time manufacturing delivery.

Lead cross-disciplinary engineering teams to plan, integrate, test, certify, and manage IFC release content and discrepancy resolution. Develop IFC strategy, roadmaps, configuration documentation, and certification packages while coordinating with Technical Baseline and Program Managers. Facilitate reviews, customer briefings, and ensure on-site execution and schedule impacts are managed.

Lead and coordinate software deployments and configured builds across highside and lowside environments. Support the Software Change Manager in communicating risks, administering CM tools, implementing change procedures, and driving CI/CD pipelines. Work with integrated engineering teams using Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, AWS, GitLab, Python, and Linux.

Lead integration, verification, and validation (IV&V) across multiple defense programs. Define test architecture and roadmaps, modernize lab and test processes, mentor I&T leads, optimize HIL and shared test assets, resolve system-level anomalies with RCCA, and support transition to production and sustainment testing.

Lead reliability support for design teams including reliability predictions/assessments, de-rating analysis, failure rate estimation, and FMEA facilitation. Create reliability block diagrams, interpret electrical schematics, develop mitigations, support design reviews and failure investigations, and apply statistical/probabilistic methods using reliability modeling tools.
