Lead supply chain strategy and execution for one or multiple programs. Accountable for material planning, procurement, supplier performance, risk mitigation, forecasting, cost and schedule performance, earned value management, and executive reporting. Oversee proposal evaluation, subcontract negotiation, and integration of subcontractor financials into program plans.

Provide on-site systems administration and real-time support for ground systems supporting flight operations. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain communications and computer systems, manage accounts and equipment, perform field integration and repairs on the flightline, support STIG compliance and security updates, and coordinate with engineers and MOBs for tests, maintenance, and data movement.

Perform logistics provisioning and Product Data (LPD) development using PowerLog-J, support ILS elements and provisioning processes, prepare DLIS submissions, read engineering drawings, assess engineering changes, develop spares/repair parts and RPSTL, and collaborate with ILS, CM, systems engineering, and technical publications teams.

Design, analyze, test and integrate complex aeronautical hardware and software systems. Develop requirements, architectures, and MBSE artifacts; participate in Agile teams, review test plans, investigate anomalies, and produce technical reports, ICDs, VCRM, and presentations. Support system integration, verification, and continuous improvement of SW/HW interfaces.

Lead development, build, and test validation of ruggedized electronic equipment. Apply advanced thermal/structural/microelectronics/opto-mechanical skills across product lifecycle, manage schedule/budget, lead teams, interface with stakeholders, and contribute to knowledge transfer and process improvements. On-site in Rolling Meadows, IL with security clearance requirements.

Provide database and multi-function administration for the ALIS/ODIN mission planning environment, including backups/restores, disaster recovery, system/security/network administration, user support, software installs, and coordination with engineering and Tier 2 support. Serve as primary customer contact and progress toward SME/Craftsman responsibilities supporting mission operations and deployments.

Provide on-site desktop PC technical support in a classified environment: install, troubleshoot, repair PCs and peripherals; connect systems to networks; manage tickets and SLAs; follow security procedures for classified data; coordinate with system, network, and security teams; participate in installations and projects.

Manage configuration management activities across project lifecycles including identification, change management, status accounting, audits, and CM database/PLM/ERP operations. Prepare and maintain CM plans and program documentation, capture baselines, analyze design changes, coordinate contractual selloffs, and support continuous CM process improvements while interfacing with program management and customers.

Lead supplier quality for a division program: develop supplier engagement and surveillance plans, perform audits and assessments, drive corrective actions, support configuration management and supplier performance, and coordinate cross-functional resolution of supplier issues.

Support Program Managers across the program lifecycle by tracking scope, schedules, risks, metrics, and customer correspondence. Prepare status materials, collect program data for cost/schedule/technical reporting (including EVM), maintain action trackers, coordinate cross‑functional teams and suppliers, and assist capture/proposal efforts and customer reviews.
