Lead systems engineering for the AAR-47 laser/missile warning system: capture and maintain system requirements, manage parts lifecycle and DMSMS mitigations, design/prototype/test electronic assemblies and PCBs, perform schematic capture/layout/BOM generation, and coordinate with embedded firmware teams and external suppliers using automated and optical test equipment.

Onsite supply chain role supporting receiving, warehousing, packing, and material movement. Loads/unloads and conveys parts, operates material handling equipment, wraps and ships parts, and works with SAP and warehouse teams. May be filled at Level 1 (entry) or Level 2 (requires additional education/experience).

Support radar development and sustainment as an on-site manufacturing systems engineer. Perform RF troubleshooting, antenna-range testing, lab support, test station upgrades, root-cause analysis, MRB/product disposition, and cross-functional coordination. Use MATLAB, MES/SAP/Teamcenter/Gold, and create technical documentation while applying industry standards and traveling ~10%.

Lead a ~10-person systems engineering team for the Sentinel program, owning technical and programmatic leadership, requirements, architecture modeling, interface and verification development, OPSCON documentation, work package cost/schedule, and employee performance management.

Plan and manage program efforts including cost, schedule, technical performance, subcontractor oversight, risk/opportunity management, and cross-functional team leadership to meet customer requirements and program milestones.

Serve as a Program Integrator supporting program operations, reporting, risk/opportunity management, and tools/templates development. Liaise between program management and integrated product teams, prepare status reports and executive presentations, support proposals, and ensure adherence to program management processes (IMF/5.0).

Lead cost and schedule control analyses for classified defense programs, perform monthly/quarterly financial forecasting and EAC development, produce internal and government reporting (EVM/CDRLs), support profitability and booking rate files, and interface with program offices while leading a small team to identify variances and corrective actions.

Manage supply and demand planning using MRP/ERP tools. Plan inventory, assess capacity, support make/buy decisions, create requisitions, analyze lead times and critical procurements, and coordinate product phase-ins/phase-outs and production ramp-up.

Manage operational aspects of projects from inception to close-out, lead continuous improvement, produce data analyses and visualizations to inform decisions, drive process standardization, cost control and resource management, ensure efficient flow through flight test facilities. Position is 100% onsite at Edwards AFB, may require overtime/off-shift work, ~10% travel, and requires active Secret clearance and SAP eligibility.

Design, develop, integrate, and test machine perception (computer vision/AI/ML) algorithms for real-time onboard spacecraft and near-real-time ground processing. Validate and tune algorithms in simulation and lab environments, support sensor selection and placement, develop simulation models and flight algorithms, perform analysis for early concept development, document results, and collaborate across engineering teams for system integration and flight software qualification.
