Support design, integration, and testing of booster avionics for the SLS vehicle. Create and maintain engineering documentation, develop and execute test plans, perform hardware inspection and assembly, support MRB dispositions, SIL simulation models, launch console and acceptance checkout, and coordinate with IPTs and program management on schedules and procurement.

Lead pricing and cost estimating for government and commercial proposals: review RFPs for compliance, prepare and present cost estimates, ensure FAR/DFAR/CAS/TINA adherence, support audits, negotiations, and program baseline budgeting. Maintain pricing databases, coordinate cross-functionally, and serve as primary contact for government audit inquiries. On-site in Woodland Hills, CA; 10% travel; US citizenship required.

Lead and coordinate technical execution across multiple projects, act as delegate to the Chief Engineer, establish engineering metrics, support proposals, and collaborate with systems, development, O&M, and management teams to ensure high-quality program lifecycle delivery.

Ensure cost/schedule integration and support reporting using MPM/Cobra and EVM practices.

Lead lab operations for aircraft systems integration and test. Develop and execute lab procedures, manage lab configuration, assign test roles, troubleshoot system/component issues, and report test status. Support software build testing and evaluate mission systems functionality in a systems test lab.

Lead requirements verification and system test planning, author RVPs/RVRs, coordinate cross-functional reviews, collaborate with SMEs and test engineers, analyze test findings, support system definition and integration, and manage customer approval processes to ensure systems meet specifications.
