Lead design and implementation of embedded system security for missile/weapon systems, integrate anti-tamper, cyber, and program protection, assess and mitigate hardware/firmware/software and supply-chain risks, develop program security documentation, support V&V and accreditation, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams.

On-site in closed-area, requires active Secret clearance and occasional travel.

Lead naval architecture for underwater vehicle systems: conceptual design, pressure hull and ballast sizing, hydrodynamics, propulsion and energy sizing, weight/equilibrium/stability/trim analysis, auxiliary systems, testing, and technical leadership across programs. Collaborate with teams, prioritize tasks, solve complex problems, and communicate results clearly.

Lead cross-functional teams to manage international ammunition co-production programs across lifecycle phases. Oversee cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, EVMS-based budgeting, supplier management, and stakeholder reporting to meet contract requirements and customer expectations.

Support Sentinel Command Systems Hardware Design Integration by designing mechanical/electrical hardware, creating 3D models and product definition packages in Siemens NX/PLM, performing trade studies, supporting design reviews (CDR), and working with multi-disciplinary teams to release hardware into the product baseline.

Manage design, development, and operations of the Sentinel CSIL lab including lab stand-up, integration and test planning, team leadership of Test Directors/System Administrators/Technicians, budget and schedule management, lab network and cybersecurity compliance, and continuous improvement of lab capabilities and processes.

Manage and technically lead an embedded software integration and test team, providing oversight of design, development, integration, staffing, performance reviews, and career development. Drive agile processes, ensure compliance with internal software plans, implement continuous improvement, and collaborate across sites and stakeholders. Requires travel ~10% and active Secret clearance.

Lead systems integration and vehicle-level test activities for the Sentinel program: define test requirements, develop test plans/procedures, execute integration and test, analyze data, mentor junior engineers, coordinate suppliers, and maintain test equipment and configuration management.
