Lead business development for land and maritime sensors, identifying and capturing Naval Surface Radar and Electronic Warfare opportunities. Decompose requirements in DOORS, develop verification compliance strategies, own requirement/verification and safety packages, conduct MIL-STD-882E safety analyses, and coordinate reviews with product teams and the customer.

Maintain and optimize LAN/WAN/VPN networks; install and configure network hardware and software; monitor and analyze network performance; produce documentation and operational instructions; coordinate maintenance and third-party support; design network segments and propose cost-saving solutions. Requires active Top Secret clearance and ability to obtain SAP, Security+ certification, and readiness for flexible, on-call schedule.

Manage and develop a systems engineering section (20% managerial, 80% technical). Lead hiring, performance management, cost/schedule control, and execute systems engineering work for nuclear survivability in an aerospace defense environment, using MBSE tools and safety/survivability analyses to deliver on time and within budget.

Perform aircraft and payload test controller operations, sustain and troubleshoot MQ‑4 Triton systems, provide training and field support to Navy units, update technical manuals, execute and review test procedures, perform electrical/RF troubleshooting and depot-level maintenance, and support engineering test requirements during domestic and OCONUS deployments.

Lead software architecture and planning for a Java-based, large-scale missile defense planner. Maintain architecture artifacts, perform trade studies, oversee design and integration, quantify performance, implement cyber/IA requirements, automate installations, develop test plans and execute integration testing, and coordinate across engineering disciplines and customers. Requires secure clearances and on-site Colorado Springs presence.

Lead design, integration, analysis, and test of airborne RF communications and co-site subsystems. Perform CEM antenna/co-site analysis, requirements development, trade studies, risk mitigation, supplier technical management, lab troubleshooting, and flight/ground test to verify subsystem requirements while supporting customer and program stakeholders.
