Assess and disposition non-conformances and ECRs in flight test, author engineering direction, coordinate repairs with support teams, establish and exercise MRB authority, work extended shifts/weekends, and maintain required security and program access.

Manage all phases of Test Equipment Solution programs from proposal through closeout. Join an in-office Agile team supporting two programs; design, implement, test, and review Java code; manage releases and pipelines with Git; deploy and support environments using Kubernetes/Helm; work with databases (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, MySQL); collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, configuration and integration teams. Requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and ~10% travel.

Lead airworthiness engineering for military manned/unmanned air systems: develop basis of certification, methods of compliance, and verification documentation; manage airworthiness across development, sustainment, and disposal lifecycles; coordinate with internal disciplines, program offices, and customers; provide technical leadership, certification planning, and systems-level analyses to achieve flight clearances and continued airworthiness.

Manage DoD contract lifecycle including proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and compliance with FAR/DFARS. Interface with customers, DCMA, and internal partners, process contractual documentation, facilitate shipment/billing via WAWF, analyze risk and contract terms, and make timely decisions under deadlines.

Lead design, integration, and certification of mission-processing electronics and systems. Define and flow down requirements, develop system architectures and MBSE models, perform hardware integration and testing, manage suppliers and technical evaluations, and support trade studies and design reviews.

Serve as Product Owner for a software team supporting government space programs: own roadmap, prioritize multi-stakeholder needs, manage CAM/budget/staffing, refine backlog, drive sprint/release delivery, participate in PI planning, brief leadership/customers, and escalate/remove impediments. Requires security clearance and occasional travel.
