Apply ADDIE and adult learning theories, conduct Kirkpatrick/Phillips evaluations, and oversee contractors/vendors as needed. Support the Sentinel program and travel ~10%.

Lead development and implementation of nondestructive inspection techniques for rocket motors and aerospace components. Review designs, prepare inspection documentation, perform technical audits, support production and maintenance, participate in R&D, generate formal reports, and recommend corrective actions. Ensure NAS 410 certifications and quality standards are met.

Lead Linux-focused computer systems analyst supporting classified government contracts. Oversee administration of multi-user systems and networks, implement hardware/software solutions, design backup and disaster recovery, enforce account and security controls, manage patches/changes, support A&A submissions and compliance, mentor staff, and advise senior leadership on enterprise mission-critical systems.

Lead hands-on testing and integration of electronic warfare (EW) systems and Operational Flight Programs in lab and flight test environments.
