Senior-level avionics electronics engineer responsible for research, design, integration, and test of electronic flight equipment. Lead sustainment and retrofit solutions, coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers, provide technical oversight and status to leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with qualification, environmental, and quality standards while assessing cost and schedule impacts.

Coordinate proposal teams, BOE/material/labor estimates, pricing inputs, CBOM reviews, risk/opportunity identification, executive reviews, customer fact-finding, and process improvements to deliver high-quality proposals on schedule.

Manage sales forecasts, perform material estimating and financial analysis, coordinate with subcontractors and cost management, maintain EACs and earned value reporting, prepare cost charts, and support proposal development across program portfolios while meeting tight deadlines.

Develop and execute comprehensive system-level test plans for space hardware, coordinate integrated test activities, manage calibrated test equipment and shipping, update calibration records in TEAMMS, support sanitization and transportation planning, and travel up to 25%.
