Support Ground Weapons System modeling and simulation as an individual contributor on the System Performance and Analysis - Simulation Team. Develop and maintain simulation products, tests, and software using C/Go/Ada/Python, Atlassian and CI tools. Provide technical contributions for MDA programs, collaborate across teams, and comply with security requirements. On-site in Huntsville, requires active DoD Secret clearance and up to 10% travel.

Lead supplier quality risk management for aerospace programs: evaluate and qualify suppliers, enforce AS9100/ISO9001 requirements, drive corrective actions, perform supplier audits and FAI, manage waivers/deviations, and coordinate supplier quality plans across program phases while reporting performance and risks to management.

Develop and maintain integrated program cost, schedule, and technical baselines; perform schedule risk analyses and predictive metrics; prepare IPMDAR artifacts; apply earned value management and schedule techniques; incorporate contract changes into control systems; support month-end EV reporting and stakeholder briefings.

Manage contract proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and customer interactions to ensure contract compliance. Monitor obligations, prepare change requests, assess terms/risks, enter contract data into systems, and collaborate with technical, finance, supply chain, and security teams to support program execution.

Develop, verify, and validate 6-DOF missile flight simulators and GN&C algorithms. Implement software tools, conduct system performance assessments, perform model verification/validation, and analyze flight-test GN&C system accuracy.

Lead avionics communications engineering for program execution, architecture and requirements development, supplier management, risk reduction, lab oversight, and integration of communications/payload/network subsystems while driving cost, schedule, and performance improvements.

Lead TEMPEST systems engineering for Sentinel (GBSD): plan and conduct TEMPEST testing per NSTISSAM/CNSSAM specs, develop test plans/procedures, review results, provide design guidance on shielding/filtering/grounding/PCB/cabling, and represent the program as the TEMPEST SME.

Lead systems engineering and integration for the KDC & STOS Integrated Node on the Sentinel program. Manage a team to develop and verify physical architecture, requirements, MBSE models (Cameo/DOORS/Rhapsody), perform trade studies, coordinate across product and program teams, support CDRs, and ensure electrical, mechanical, thermal, HEMP and radiation-hard integration to meet weapon system requirements.

Lead cross-functional cloud, datacenter, and infrastructure teams to design, deliver, and operate hardware and IaaS solutions. Manage Agile processes (Jira/sprints), define acceptance criteria, author technical artifacts and runbooks, ensure configuration/change control and compliance, mentor engineers, and perform cost/account planning and earned value management for avionics integration programs.
