Lead program cost and schedule control activities using EVM/EVMS: establish WBS, maintain baselines, perform variance analysis, develop ETC/EAC, support CDRLs/IPMR, and produce financial and visibility reports while interfacing with program managers and CAMs.

Designs and develops cyber (CNO) software tools, implements end-to-end data flows, authors documentation, participates in design/code/reviews, and debugs systems. Programs in Assembly, C/C++, Java, Perl, or Python and builds for Windows, Unix, embedded, or mobile environments.

Lead business planning and operations for a fast-paced division: drive strategy execution, capital and portfolio planning, governance, executive communications, stakeholder alignment, change initiatives, KPIs and dashboard automation, and high‑visibility special projects to improve operational efficiency and decision velocity.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable, DoD-compliant network architectures for the Sentinel program. Lead network strategy, coordinate RMF/SSP/SAP activities, mentor team members, produce topology diagrams and deployment guides, and integrate cloud/hybrid solutions and network automation.
