Design, integrate, test, and verify system-security solutions and RMF artifacts to obtain and sustain ATOs. Support firm-fixed-price production programs by preparing budgets and schedules, performing financial forecasting, cost performance reporting, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (WBS, baseline, estimates-to-complete). Lead systems engineering, integration, modeling, and test for Test and Training Sentinel Sites. Act as Cost Account Manager, manage EVMS baseline, direct multidisciplinary teams, champion MBSE and digital twin practices, liaise with DoD and subcontractors, and mentor engineering staff while meeting cost, schedule, and performance targets.

Lead delivery of munitions programs ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance in a classified environment. Build customer relationships, direct IPTs, manage EVM-based cost/schedule control, oversee engineering integration, risk management, supplier quality, and proposal/capture activities while guiding multiple programs from proposal through closeout.

Design, implement, test, and deploy signal processing, detection, characterization, and geolocation algorithms for SIGINT systems. Perform architecture trades, performance modeling, hardware support, and platform integration (aircraft, drones, ships). Provide requirements translation and support lab and deployment testing.

Lead portfolio operating cadence and integration: manage integrated schedules, staffing, capital/infrastructure, customer reviews, meetings, action tracking, reporting, templates, trending data, and special projects. Partner across functions (financials, program execution, staffing, reporting, strategy) to standardize processes and support Directors and PMs.
