Design and support turbine components and subsystems for ship and submarine propulsion. Develop concepts, perform trade studies and analyses, produce detailed designs and drawings (ANSI Y14.5/GD&T), support release for manufacture, testing, and present technical briefings. Support NGLE program MBSE and DOORS efforts, align digital engineering capabilities, interface with program management and customers, prepare/present materials for reviews, and drive systems engineering tasks to completion.

Lead TEMPEST and EMI/EMC systems engineering for Sentinel (GBSD): decompose requirements, develop subsystem design requirements, perform analysis and NSTISSAM/CNSSAM-compliant testing, support design reviews, develop TEMPEST control and test plans, and produce E3 integration and verification artifacts while supporting hardware teams for compliance.

Lead development and execution of a data strategy for the Sentinel program, designing scalable data infrastructure, governance, security, and integration across engineering toolchains. Oversee data modeling, lakes/warehouses/streaming, CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and stakeholder engagement to support system development through sustainment.

Design, develop, validate, and maintain tooling, fixtures, and jigs for manufacturing, assembly, and inspection of titanium and composite propulsion tanks. Lead tooling initiatives, produce detailed CAD/GD&T drawings, oversee fabrication and vendor delivery, support manufacturing/process quality, mentor junior engineers, and drive continuous improvement in tooling and manufacturability.

Lead a team managing material strategy, budgets, forecasting, supplier performance, and risk mitigation for a program portfolio. Ensure make/buy plans, procurement/subcontract strategies, Earned Value Management compliance, and cross-functional alignment. Communicate program status to PMO and executives, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and resolve supply chain issues to meet schedule and budget objectives.
