Leads system-level acceptance test planning and execution for communications and mission systems. Responsibilities include maintaining test plans and procedures, mentoring test engineers, directing hardware/software/firmware troubleshooting, managing SAP quality notifications, supporting configuration management, analyzing MATLAB test data, improving LRIP test processes, reporting readiness and defect trends, and coordinating with production, engineering, quality, integration, and customer stakeholders. Provides integration and field support as needed.

Leads propulsion systems program execution across safety, quality, schedule, technical performance, contracts, and cost. Manages cross-functional teams, budgets, forecasts, risks, suppliers, customer relationships, and production milestones. Oversees EVM and integrated schedules, supports proposals and contract negotiations, mentors staff, and drives business growth, cost reduction, quality improvement, and successful delivery of US Government programs.

Designs and implements secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for missile and embedded software programs. Responsibilities include pipeline automation, build configuration, static analysis, vulnerability scanning, code quality gates, cross-compilation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, simulation integration, and standardization across sites and networks. The role also documents architectures, security controls, compliance evidence, and audit materials while collaborating with embedded software teams on real-time and safety-critical applications.

Manage manufacturing and operations project execution across program management, engineering, supply chain, testing, and shipping teams. Lead planning, readiness, cost and schedule performance, manufacturing proposals, BOM development, continuous improvement, metrics reporting, and program closeout. Serve as the manufacturing Cost Account Manager and support production problem resolution. The role requires project leadership, ERP experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance.

Manages provisioning and logistics product data for the Fleet Ballistic Missile Launcher System. Coordinates with program management, planning, engineering, and line management to maintain accurate data for obsolescence analysis, BOM alignment, indenture structures, spares levels, and repairability concepts. Builds trackers, monitors data, resolves discrepancies, supports sustainment analyses, and reports cost, schedule, and technical status.
