Perform integration and qualification testing for airborne navigation systems: develop test plans and procedures, execute and analyze tests, lead cross-functional teams, manage test equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, conduct TRRs, and produce formal test reports while acting as primary technical lead during test events.

Lead technical engineering activities for launch vehicle target programs, owning technical baseline, configuration and risk management, and overseeing design, integration, test, and flight operations to ensure mission success while coordinating suppliers and stakeholders.

Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, travel and expense processing, meeting logistics, reporting and presentations, visitor/mail handling, supply ordering, and backup support for other administrative staff. Support senior leaders and dispersed teams and assist with special projects.

Lead RF hardware subsystem integration and test including antenna range integration, performance modeling, data collection and analysis, RF test verification, electrical/mechanical troubleshooting, scripting and debugging (MATLAB, Visual Basic, C++), team leadership, scheduling, and electrical system installation/maintenance. Requires active Secret clearance.
