As a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator – Level 3 your role at Promontory, UT will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

The Tech Coordinator will work closely with the production planner and manufacturing to ensure material and planning are available for production. Responsibilities include work order closure, material ordering to the factory floor, and coordination of product movement.
Job Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:
- Use of MRP to close work orders; pick material from Stores
- Advises management, planner and factory schedulers of production status and escalate problems to ensure labor, tools, equipment, and services are provided as needed
- Coordinates with other internal departments to ensure the movement of parts is delivered on time
- Works within the department to ensure supporting documents are available before production
- Coordination of product movement across the value stream

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of inventory and operations support experience
- Working knowledge of manufacturing, quality basics, property, engineering flows

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with MRP systems
- Knowledge and applicable experience of lean principles
- Experience in tracking and reporting status
- Personal drive for process improvements
- Local to the State of Utah

Primary Level Salary Range: $48,400.00 - $80,600.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
