Performs aircraft survivability, operational employment, threat-system, and low-observable diagnostic analyses for aircraft systems. Uses test equipment and analytical tools to troubleshoot anomalies, verify repairs, assess fleet signature health, identify component defects, and evaluate performance trends. Serves as a subject matter expert on survivability coatings, gap-fillers, treatments, and radar-absorbent structures. Collaborates with engineers, integrated product teams, suppliers, quality, supply chain, security, and customers in a production environment.

Leads electrical engineering for the Sentinel AVE segment, overseeing wiring diagrams, layouts, roadmaps, signal-quality analysis, power allocation, power analysis, and power control. Manages engineering deliverables, schedules, budgets, risks, staffing, quality, and earned value as a Control Account Manager. Provides technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, mentoring, status reporting, and succession planning.

Research, design, develop, and test electronic equipment and systems for avionics applications, including radar, radiation detection, communications, circuitry, computers, controls, and test equipment. The role requires an electrical or computer engineering degree, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance and program special access. Travel is expected approximately 10% of the time.

Staff Systems Engineer responsible for decomposing system requirements, defining environmental criteria, reviewing vendor specifications, supporting design and system test reviews, verifying COTS compliance, witnessing climatic and mechanical testing, and investigating test issues. The role interfaces with vendors, customers, requirements engineers, and test teams while supporting Sentinel ICBM system sustainment and development. Travel to CONUS test locations is approximately 25%.

Coordinates production materials and product movement across the value stream. Uses MRP systems to close work orders, picks materials from Stores, orders material to the factory floor, tracks production status, escalates issues, and ensures supporting documentation is available. Works with production planners, manufacturing, schedulers, and internal departments to keep parts, labor, tools, equipment, and services aligned with production needs.

Architect and lead scalable, high-performance modeling and simulation software for weapons systems. Responsibilities include defining distributed real-time architectures, translating mission requirements into technical designs, developing reusable components and interfaces, integrating truth models, algorithms, hardware, and external systems, conducting architecture reviews, overseeing quality and cybersecurity requirements, mentoring engineers, and coordinating technical strategy with program and government stakeholders.

Leads system-level acceptance test planning and execution for communications and mission systems. Responsibilities include maintaining test plans and procedures, mentoring test engineers, directing hardware/software/firmware troubleshooting, managing SAP quality notifications, supporting configuration management, analyzing MATLAB test data, improving LRIP test processes, reporting readiness and defect trends, and coordinating with production, engineering, quality, integration, and customer stakeholders. Provides integration and field support as needed.

Leads propulsion systems program execution across safety, quality, schedule, technical performance, contracts, and cost. Manages cross-functional teams, budgets, forecasts, risks, suppliers, customer relationships, and production milestones. Oversees EVM and integrated schedules, supports proposals and contract negotiations, mentors staff, and drives business growth, cost reduction, quality improvement, and successful delivery of US Government programs.
