Design mechanical and electromechanical test hardware and systems including automated handling equipment, panels, fixtures, consoles, RF receivers, and cooling solutions. Develop, design, test, and support Java/J2EE software for the C2BMC Track Server and regional applications. Implement Kalman-filter (EKF/UKF) sensor-fusion algorithms, perform integration and debugging, automate builds/tests, lead small agile teams, mentor junior engineers, and apply SysML/use-case system engineering artifacts for enterprise Linux-based systems.

Design, implement, verify, and optimize FPGA-based digital signal processing systems. Responsibilities include architecture, RTL coding (VHDL/Verilog), HLS, testbench development, simulation, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, and hardware debugging for high-speed interfaces and embedded SoC architectures.

Lead weapons-focused flight test planning, execution, and data analysis. Integrate Stores Management System and Suspension & Release Equipment with aircraft, support ground and flight test missions, perform checkouts, real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-flight reporting while coordinating across engineering, maintenance, test operations, and customers.

Develop and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules, ensure cross-functional schedule integration, track progress using EVM and other techniques, perform risk and critical-path analysis, identify and resolve logic conflicts, and support program leadership to meet business management objectives.

Design, implement, and maintain high-availability campus and enterprise networks. Deploy and commission Cisco core equipment, coordinate cabling, provide Tier 2/3 WAN/LAN/SD‑WAN troubleshooting, enforce network security policies per NIST, liaise with vendors, produce design packages, execute upgrades and maintain CMDB documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead program planning and scheduling for the Sentinel program, maintain EVMS-compliant scheduling processes, manage analysts, optimize tools (MS Project Server/Primavera P6), support IPMDAR reporting, advise on cost/schedule integration, and ensure compliance for reviews and audits.
