Lead technical activities, drive team engagement, present status to senior leadership, and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance while supporting program affordability and knowledge retention.

Design, develop, and document laboratory test stations and mechanical/electromechanical systems. Review and modify design documents, generate and track BOMs and schedules, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop and execute Acceptance Test Procedures, and integrate laboratory systems using mechanical design tools and test equipment.

Manage a 15-person Specialty Engineering team supporting reliability, safety, contamination, radiation hardness, PM&P, and EMI/C for space and ground systems. Allocate resources to programs, maintain processes, mentor staff, support program technical needs (85% program support), and lead cross-discipline interfaces and supplier management.

Lead and support proposal development by compiling cost, schedule, and technical inputs. Build cost models, analyze historical data, coordinate cross-functional fact-finding, participate in should-cost/pricing reviews, and support contract negotiations for proposal teams.

Lead development and execution of vehicle-level integration, test, and checkout for the Sentinel (GBSD) AVE OBTE. Define test requirements, create test plans/procedures/reports, run TRRs, integrate hardware/software, analyze test data, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate supplier verification and environmental testing.

Lead electronics engineering for radar avionics subsystems: manage suppliers/subcontracts, ensure compliance with design, test, documentation and environmental requirements, produce detailed schematics and specifications, develop obsolete-hardware solutions, and support program execution. Position requires up to 25% travel and security access.
