Own the North American SMB product strategy and 12–24 month roadmap at Wise. Lead customer research, advisory council development, feature execution, metrics, pricing optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across regional and global product, engineering, finance, compliance, and marketing teams. Drive growth of Wise’s business account proposition and develop new revenue opportunities including SMB credit, working capital, and supplier onboarding.

Build onboarding playbooks, health frameworks, QBR processes, escalation paths, and operational workflows while monitoring compliance and transaction metrics.

Manage and expand Wise Platform relationships with fintech and banking partners across North America. Own account strategy, retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, revenue growth, contract negotiations, partner adoption, QBRs, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Delivery, Risk, Compliance, and Pre-Sales teams to deliver payment API solutions, build pipelines, identify growth opportunities, and execute data-driven account plans.

Lead enterprise business development for Wise Platform across North America. Build pipeline, win strategic bank and fintech partners, and manage complex deals exceeding $500,000 ARR through 6–12 month sales cycles. Develop C-suite relationships, apply consultative selling, coordinate Product, Legal, Engineering, Compliance, and Implementation teams, and provide market insights to influence product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

Own new business development for mid-market payout accounts across North America. Build a self-generated pipeline, manage 30+ named accounts, lead API-focused technical discovery, develop quantified business cases, navigate compliance, negotiate commercial terms, and drive complex deals through signature. The role targets content licensing, royalties, creator economy, and gig-economy platforms processing cross-border payments, while contributing to pricing, messaging, demos, and sales playbook development.

Provide phone, chat, and email support for customers with asset, investment, and financial product inquiries. Resolve complex issues with empathy, sound judgment, and minimal escalation while meeting performance targets. Maintain accurate records, follow security and privacy procedures, apply knowledge of financial instruments and regulations, and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvement. The role requires flexibility for varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
