The role reports to the Head of Payouts, is based in Austin with flexible remote and office work, and requires approximately 20% travel to New York.

Process end-to-end U.S. and international payrolls, ensuring accurate inputs, validations, reconciliations, reporting, journals, compliance, audits, and timely payments. Manage payroll vendors, resolve employee and provider inquiries, maintain documentation, support regulatory responses, and improve global payroll processes.
