Own end-to-end accounting under ASC 815 and IFRS 9: documentation, effectiveness testing, journal entries, disclosures, audit support, and client advisory. Lead quantitative and qualitative hedge effectiveness assessments, translate new standards for clients, and mentor junior team members.

Provide transactional legal support for vendor and commercial agreements across payments, custody, and stablecoin products. Draft and negotiate term sheets and definitive contracts, manage deal processes and external counsel budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, security, tax, finance, and business teams to deliver practical legal advice under tight deadlines.

Lead large cross-functional product programs in payments/blockchain, define strategy, remove roadblocks, drive alignment across product and engineering, manage releases and testing dependencies, build dashboards, and improve operational efficiency.

Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, database health, campaign execution, lead pipeline, attribution, and reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver demand gen programs, email nurture, data-driven insights, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance while continuously improving processes and tools.
