Provide Tier I systems administration and IT service desk support including first-level troubleshooting, hardware/network monitoring, account and OS management, ticketing/ITSM documentation, escalate to Tier 2/3, perform hardware inspections/replacements, and work rotating 12-hour Panama schedule supporting privileged user operations under strict security policies.
