Lead advanced pricing and revenue analysis for SaaS and card processing, build pricing models and forecasts, advise on interchange and compliance, deliver executive reports, recommend pricing for high-value clients, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive margin optimization and reporting improvements.

Manage end-to-end project planning, tracking, and execution; coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare status reports and materials, document requirements and workflows, monitor risks, escalate issues, and support process improvement to deliver projects on time and with quality.

Build and maintain cloud-native data pipelines and architectures (warehouse, lakehouse, streaming) to support BI, analytics, ML, and GenAI. Collaborate with data scientists and stakeholders to produce AI-ready datasets, enforce data quality and governance, optimize performance and cost, and implement ingestion, ELT, and observability practices under mentorship.

Supervise staff processing mortgage/CPI claims, resolve complex claims and client complaints, train and coach employees, manage schedules and work queues, ensure quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, and act in the manager's absence.

Develop and execute traditional and digital marketing campaigns across print, email, paid search, social, and content. Produce and edit content, advise on branding and positioning, collaborate cross-functionally, track campaign metrics and ROI, and manage multiple projects to meet divisional goals.

Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment and insurance recommendations to individuals and businesses. Develop client financial profiles, recommend suitable products, grow and manage a book of business through referrals and centers of influence, coordinate with other advisors, maintain client files, and submit sales documentation to back office.
