Coordinate marketing operations, manage collateral and inventory, maintain processes and brand standards, support vendor/print production and budgeting, manage marketing data and lists, and coordinate internal communications and employee engagement.

Manage consumer and real estate underwriting operations, lead and develop underwriting staff, ensure timely loan decisions, monitor loan quality and compliance, guide complex credit decisions, optimize workflows and performance metrics, and support member-focused lending operations.

Provide hands-on administration and monitoring of the credit union's LAN/WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, security systems, and cabling. Troubleshoot network issues, document topology and changes, support vendors, assist IT team projects, maintain inventory and logs, and participate in on-call and after-hours maintenance to ensure secure, reliable network operations.
