Provides first-line technical support for employees, including incident triage, ticket management, hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, VoIP maintenance, system imaging, asset inventory, and user administration. Creates and manages branded marketing content across web, digital, print, video, and social media channels. Responsibilities include copywriting, graphic design, campaign strategy, social media management, content scheduling, review-platform engagement, performance analytics, reporting, and collaboration with marketing teams and vendors. The role supports omnichannel marketing initiatives, brand consistency, member engagement, lead conversion, and adherence to marketing plans, budgets, financial regulations, and organizational standards.

Manage consumer and real estate underwriting operations, lead and develop underwriting staff, ensure timely loan decisions, monitor loan quality and compliance, guide complex credit decisions, optimize workflows and performance metrics, and support member-focused lending operations.
