Lead insurance AI transformation engagements by mapping and redesigning workflows, capturing expert knowledge, prioritizing use cases, facilitating client workshops, shaping proposals, and co-designing AI solutions. Partner with business leaders, domain experts, AI engineers, and technology teams to define requirements, evaluation methods, governance, adoption plans, and implementation pathways for generative AI and agentic systems.

Supports compensation program analysis and administration, including pay structures, incentive programs, market pricing, salary surveys, job descriptions, merit processes, pay equity, and regulatory compliance. Creates compensation reports and Power BI dashboards, reviews HRIS and recruiting transactions, and partners with HR stakeholders to provide accurate insights and recommendations.

Manages and improves sales operations processes, CRM and prospect data, proposal and RFP coordination, reporting, dashboards, pipeline analytics, and workflow automation. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Relationship Management to improve go-to-market execution, data quality, efficiency, and revenue growth. Leads operational projects, develops standards and controls, and provides actionable analysis to leadership.

Supports practice leadership through executive assistance, calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, communications, expense processing, recruiting workflows, confidential people processes, and special project coordination. The role also leads administrative operations, maintains project follow-through, coordinates planning initiatives, and improves efficiency through process refinement and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.

Supports actuarial projects involving health and long-term care insurance, predictive modeling, data cleaning, synthesis, analysis, research, and business development. The intern communicates findings, reviews peer work, documents project files, and uses healthcare data and software applications. This full-time, approximately three-month internship offers collaborative experience with actuaries, analysts, and subject matter experts.

Analyze actuarial and statistical data, develop probability tables to forecast benefit risks and liabilities, perform M&A due diligence for annuity businesses, evaluate risk-management programs and derivatives, and implement actuarial financial modeling solutions using MG-ALFA and Integrate.

Perform actuarial analysis for financial risk management projects involving capital markets and hedging. Design and execute dynamic hedging programs using MG-Hedge and HedgeOps, conduct GAAP and statutory valuation of variable annuities, and support M&A due diligence involving variable annuity assumptions, risks, and operations.

Summer actuarial interns conduct data analysis, reporting, and systems performance projects supporting IntelliScript’s insurance and health technology products. They use Excel, VBA, Power BI, SQL, and related tools while collaborating across the company. The role develops technical, analytical, communication, and professional skills through impactful projects in a professional services environment.
