Perform device measurements (transistors, diodes, capacitors, resistors), analyze reliability and lifetimes, operate and maintain lab equipment (SMUs, LCR meters, oscilloscopes, probe stations), program lab instruments for data collection, and collaborate with process integration and multi-discipline teams on development and testing.

Develop ATE test programs and high-speed low-noise test boards for timing products (SyncE/1588), review specs for manufacturability, establish manufacturing guard-bands, support customer sampling and volume ramps, troubleshoot returns, improve yield and reduce cost, and collaborate across product, reliability, and offshore teams from specification through production.

Lead development, debug, and sustainment of test programs and test hardware for analog/mixed-signal ASIC and embedded programmable logic products. Support new product development, manufacturing yield improvement, cost reduction, ATE platform conversions, test specifications, and cross-functional global engineering collaboration.

Lead and support new product development and sustaining engineering for cryptographic hardware. Manage projects, validate and characterize silicon, ensure manufacturability, debug and perform root cause analysis, prepare qualification and documentation, support customer returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to release and sustain products in production.

The role involves driving adoption of Microchip's PIC64 platform by engaging with customers, managing product strategy, developing marketing collateral, and supporting product launches and market readiness.
