Lead foundry and process interactions for FPGA product development: define process flows and mask lists, coordinate test-chip/tape-out and silicon characterization, analyze eNVM IP and Si E-test data, drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and process tuning to meet product and qualification goals.

Provide technical leadership for high-power solutions: support customers and sales, drive design wins, define system-level solutions (SiC, IGBTs, power modules), develop reference designs, mentor engineers, and influence product roadmaps while engaging in global customer and market activities.

Support development, characterization, and production testing of memory products. Create and execute test programs on ATE, perform DFT and BIST analysis, run bench measurements with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, collaborate with design/product/manufacturing teams to improve yield, quality, and reliability, and automate test tasks using C/C++ and Python.

Provide technical customer support for datacenter/storage products: assist design wins, system bring-up, board-level debug, protocol and firmware/driver triage (SAS/SATA/PCIe/NVMe), maintain compatibility/debug labs and documentation, lead cross-functional investigations, and support customers and field engineers including onsite international troubleshooting.

Work on embedded controller ASIC/SoC design for processor-based products (tablets, notebooks, embedded systems). Participate in design, simulation, synthesis, timing closure, pre-silicon FPGA emulation, and test vector generation while being mentored within a seasoned ASIC design team.

Support customers using Microchip PCIe and USB products by reviewing schematics, guiding driver debugging and development, answering field sales/customers, creating enablement collateral (app notes, examples, manuals), identifying documentation gaps, and defining high-level requirements to improve customer experience and new product development.

Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and solutions. Support staffing (requisitions, interviews, offers, onboarding), advise on policies and HR best practices, handle terminations and exit interviews, maintain records for reporting and compliance, and drive HR projects to support culture and business goals.

Drive growth with select OEM accounts in Orange County and San Diego. Use consultative selling and Microchips Client Engagement Process to convert design wins to revenue, build stakeholder consensus, and collaborate with global teams to implement sales strategies and provide product feedback tied to ROI.

The Analyst - Quality role focuses on maintaining the Quality Management System, conducting audits, and preparing documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Support applications engineering by setting up lab equipment, installing OS/drivers/tools, bringing up and debugging evaluation boards, developing custom firmware, diagnostics and demo tools, reproducing and root-causing customer issues, performing performance and power analysis, and delivering product training and demonstrations.
