Verify complex SoC and FPGA subsystems using constrained-random, formal, C-based, RTL, power-aware, and gate-level methodologies. Develop reusable UVM test benches, automate verification flows, apply AI/ML-enabled techniques, and collaborate with architecture, design, emulation, and hardware prototyping teams. Support first-silicon success, post-silicon debug, methodology development, and mentor junior engineers.

Owns strategic and tactical marketing for Microchip’s FPGA product portfolio. Responsibilities include product strategy and roadmaps, business cases, go-to-market plans, product launches, pricing, forecasting, competitive analysis, business development, customer and partner relationships, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, applications, and corporate marketing teams. The role guides product decisions through market intelligence and represents the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Lead the technical development of mixed-signal IPs for SoC applications, oversee integration, and validate silicon performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Provide technical support and enablement for Ethernet PHY and switch products: answer customer and field questions, create application collateral and example code, identify gaps in enablement, define high-level requirements for development, and deliver technical training and workshops to customers and sales/field engineers.

Design, develop, integrate, simulate, and validate analog circuit blocks and Flash-IP macros for analog compute-in-memory and embedded flash applications. Collaborate with design, technology, process, testing, marketing, and customer teams to deliver reliable products and address technical requirements.

Lead systems engineering for timing, position, and RF communications products: define requirements, design embedded systems and algorithms, implement and validate solutions, collaborate with hardware/software/FPGA/mechanical teams, coordinate product release with manufacturing/quality, and support system integration and customer installations. Travel up to 15%.
