Plan, develop, and execute ESD and latch-up qualification and characterization for GPU/Tegra products. Build and validate test fixtures, develop HBM/CDM/Latch-up/TLP/overvoltage stress programs per JEDEC/AEC, debug failing pins with cross-functional teams, maintain and calibrate test equipment, and report results to engineering and program teams.
