Develop and optimize GPU-accelerated algorithms for quantum circuit simulations, collaborating with various teams, and leading technical efforts.

Design, implement, and optimize foundational CUDA C++ libraries, parallel algorithms, utilities, and runtime abstractions. Own features across design, implementation, testing, profiling, benchmarking, documentation, and maintenance. Collaborate with compiler, Python, and Rust teams, engage with users on performance and correctness, and improve developer productivity through diagnostics, tooling, and CI integration.

Verify processor and accelerator designs using formal methods: write assumptions, assertions, and cover properties; debug counterexamples and RTL issues; use abstraction, modeling, and scripting to improve proofs; communicate verification progress, coverage, risks, and findings while collaborating with architects and RTL designers.

Design, approve, and support ATE/SLT interface hardware for IC final and system-level testing. Lead fixture/hardware solutions from design through manufacturing, perform DOE, drive socket/thermal qualifications, troubleshoot and repair sockets, load boards, and thermal plungers, provide lab support (including weekends), and coordinate cross-functional projects and improvements for product launch and high-volume manufacturing.

Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for an HPC environment, monitor system health, triage incidents, perform maintenance and patching, and produce runbooks and documentation. Improve processes and escalate to SMEs for complex issues while supporting scheduling, compute, storage, and access concerns.

Lead SoC and system performance modeling efforts: design, develop, analyze, simulate, validate models and tools; create tests and testing infrastructure; document features; mentor junior engineers; evaluate and adopt new modeling techniques and frameworks across distributed teams.

Implement and deliver high-performance, area- and power-efficient RTL for GPU/SoC IP. Analyze micro-architecture trade-offs, craft RTL, verify designs, and collaborate with verification, synthesis, timing, and back-end teams. Work on GPU scheduler, interrupt controllers, DMA, and support silicon debug and post-silicon validation.

Perform die-level logic fault localization using physical and electrical FA and ATE (Advantest 93K). Apply LFI techniques (LVP, EMMI, SDL, OBIRCH), interpret DFT patterns (Scan, BIST, boundary scan), identify root causes, and lead cross-functional efforts with Design, Test, and Foundry teams to improve yield and reliability.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Databricks (PySpark/SQL/Delta Lake) pipelines to transform SAP S/4HANA and ECC data into curated, governed data products. Implement data quality, lineage, observability, and access controls (Unity Catalog, Immuta), collaborate with SAP experts and analytics teams, and mentor engineers to deliver production‑grade datasets for analytics and AI/ML.

Lead and grow the Isaac Manipulation engineering team to deliver production-grade robotic manipulation capabilities. Define roadmap, bridge research and product, partner with OEMs and developers, leverage NVIDIA GPUs/CUDA/PyTorch and simulation for sim-to-real learned policies, and drive delivery of manipulation stacks onto physical robots.
