Lead the manufacturing support for Data Center AI accelerator boards, solving complex problems. Assist in delivering advanced AI accelerators across various industries in collaboration with Operations Program Managers.
What you'll be doing:
Planning, coordinating, and tracking manufacturing progress to the stated program goals.
Collaborating with Engineering and Diagnostics teams to coordinate product Firmware and test diagnostics upgrades.
Coordinating and managing customer qualifications where significant product changes are necessary, in collaboration with customer PMs and engineering.
Devise and implement an NPI handover strategy for ramping new designs into mass production, in close consultation with NPI OPMs and Product Development Engineering.
Using strong communication and influencing skills to drive regular alignment and succinct updates to the factory network.
Ensuring continuous alignment between the factory and key collaborators on production execution strategy and engineering work progress.
Leading and coordinating teams, materials, and resources to proactively minimize production risks and swiftly resolve day-to-day issues.
Driving systemic process improvement, owning technology issue resolution, and developing risk mitigation strategies with the Platform Design Engineering teams.
Coordinating the supply chain and manufacturing plan of record for revenue products.
Maintaining project budgets and tracking procurement and delivery of bring-up hardware to facilitate the engineering teams.
What we need to see:
BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
8+ years of experience in program management/production within the server industry.
Leadership – ability to influence and drive the correct behaviors, negotiate your position, and make and defend solid data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to detail and clearly articulate the status and final project deliveries at all levels of the organization.
Prior work involvement in technical program, project, or product management position within the server domain is favored.
Pragmatic problem-solving skills, comfortable with making informed decisions or escalating, as necessary.
Fast issue resolution through out-of-the-box thinking.
Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Project Management Professional Certification a plus.
Technical depth in hardware and software development techniques.
In-depth knowledge of factory production techniques and test strategies.
