This role involves developing and implementing a global manufacturing strategy, optimizing operations, leading teams, driving continuous improvement, and managing risks within the supply chain.

Manage multiple large New Product Introduction projects (primarily Cooling) through a stage-gate process. Lead cross-functional teams, maintain schedules, coordinate third-party testing, track KPIs, identify and mitigate risks, and drive process improvements to ensure timely product launches.

Lead project lifecycle management by partnering with executives, developing project plans, ensuring alignment, and driving process improvements using Lean methodologies.

The Financial Analyst will support annual operating plans, maintain forecasting models, analyze risks, and track performance against forecasts while collaborating with teams to improve financial processes.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for engineered hardware used in data centers: define roadmaps, drive NPI/PDP, perform VOC and market research, enable go-to-market, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver profitable, scalable products.

Lead and manage market team employees, oversee material flow operations, implement Lean methodology to improve efficiency, ensure safety, and manage payroll.

Produce and verify electro-mechanical CAD and 3D models and drawings, ensure manufacturability and BOM accuracy, submit preliminary and certified drawings to customers, and support manufacturing through fabrication drawings and design checks.

This role involves leading day-to-day operations in the Market and Receiving department, improving efficiency, managing staff, and engaging with customers while ensuring safety and performance goals are met.

Design and review electrical systems and drawings to meet customer specs and codes. Develop wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment schedules using SWE or AutoCAD Electrical. Perform NEC-based calculations and layouts, coordinate with project teams and CAD techs, and support timely delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead mechanical product development for electrical protection solutions: drive prototype builds, testing, certification, FEA/FMEA analyses, plastics and composite material selection, DFM/DFA for non-metallic parts, and collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and external fabricators. Support product roadmap and design standards. Up to 10% domestic travel.
