Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for engineered water infrastructure projects: review tender documents, prepare specifications and drawings, assist quotation and bid packages, collaborate with engineering, sales, vendors and project managers, and support customer approvals, training and implementation.

This role involves optimizing FlexNet systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for project success while providing customer support and system performance analysis.

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual customer training and events, manage registrations and attendee communications, provide high-touch hospitality for executive customers, track budgets and vendor invoices, coordinate travel and lodging, and support continuous improvement of event processes.
