Lead and develop a team of 4–5 Customer Success Managers serving enterprise SaaS customers. Oversee performance management, renewals, retention, customer health, escalations, forecasting, and risk mitigation. Use operational data to improve execution and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Enablement to address customer needs. Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and organizational planning while managing complex stakeholder relationships.

Manage and grow Frontify’s consultancy partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and enabling consultancies. Drive partner-sourced revenue and pipeline, coordinate enablement, track performance with data, collaborate cross-functionally, represent Frontify at events, and contribute strategic ideas to scale the partner program.
