Provides legal advice and support for Barings investment funds, including fund formation, structuring, capital raising, distribution, marketing, investor negotiations, documentation, and regulatory matters. Manages outside counsel relationships and collaborates with internal teams across alternative investment strategies. The role requires expertise in fund structures, securities regulations, drafting, negotiation, and private wealth distribution.

The Information Architect leads the design and governance of enterprise data architecture, collaborates with stakeholders, and resolves complex data issues to ensure data integrity across investment processes.

Support ESG analysis for public and private portfolios: run monthly ESG analytics, deliver client and investment-team reporting, build ESG portfolio overlays, develop dashboards and automation, liaise with data vendors and internal stakeholders, and contribute to client presentations on ESG capabilities.

Lead revenue billing, rebate management, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close activities for multiple legal entities. Drive process improvements, automation, controls, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while acting as senior business user of revenue systems and supporting audits and complex fee/AUM analysis.
