Leads complex compensation programs, market pricing, benchmarking, annual compensation cycles, pay equity, job evaluation, and pay structure development. Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, Talent, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance and recommendations. The Microsoft 365 Product Owner is responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of Microsoft 365, focusing on improving user experience, aligning stakeholders, managing product strategy and roadmap, and ensuring compliance and governance.

Supports finance and operations through accounting processes, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow projections, variance analysis, month-end reporting, and profitability analysis. The role also supports AML and KYC reviews, regulatory oversight, governance reporting, books and records requirements, policy maintenance, compliance training, forensic testing, and technology initiatives. The senior associate handles complex compliance matters, identifies process improvements, and participates in system enhancements.
