Drives technical sales growth for power management products serving hyperscale data center customers across North America. Builds strategic customer relationships, develops tailored AC power solutions, reviews RFP specifications and electrical drawings, supports equipment configurations and proposals, and coordinates engineering and sales teams. Requires expertise in BOM, WIP, Quality, Manufacturing Configurator, MRP, and Inventory modules.

Provides functional support and process enablement for Oracle EBS supply chain modules. Performs issue validation, triage, root-cause categorization, transaction-flow analysis, business requirements documentation, user guidance, and escalation to ERP support. Partners with supply chain stakeholders to improve process adoption, resolve recurring issues, and reduce avoidable service tickets. Requires 10% travel.

Provides functional support and issue triage for Oracle EBS finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, tax, cash management, costing, project accounting, and revenue management. Documents requirements, analyzes transaction flows and root causes, guides business users, supports process adoption, identifies recurring issues, and escalates unresolved problems to ERP support teams. The role also contributes to process mapping, solution updates, knowledge enablement, and ticket reduction.

Owns technical leadership for Vertiv’s data center DC power products, translating customer requirements into engineering specifications and RFQ solutions. Responsibilities include developing schematics and technical documentation, supporting design reviews, training customers and internal teams, providing field support, maintaining product configurator BOMs, and contributing to product strategy and roadmap development. The role requires customer engagement, standards knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, and 25% domestic and international travel.

Leads commercial finance for quote execution, partnering with Sales, Pricing, Legal, Credit, Operations, and Supply Chain. Structures customer agreements, negotiates payment and pricing terms, evaluates commercial risk, builds cash flow models, and manages quote approval frameworks. The role protects margins and cash flow, supports deal strategy, monitors agreement performance, and improves approval processes through standardized workflows, automation, training, and governance.

Evaluates and manages B2B customer credit risk across the Americas. Responsibilities include financial statement analysis, credit limit decisions, portfolio reviews, risk mitigation, credit hold management, SOX reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance, Collections, and leadership. The role maintains delegated credit approval authority up to $1 million and supports complex transactions, distressed accounts, reporting, and business initiatives.

Owns technical leadership for Vertiv’s data center DC power products, translating customer requirements into engineering specifications and supporting RFQs, design reviews, documentation, training, field support, product strategy, and new product development. The role collaborates with Product Management, Sales, Service, Manufacturing, and Engineering; creates technical diagrams and documentation; maintains product BOM structures; and supports customer visits, trade shows, and technical presentations. Travel is required domestically and internationally.
