Lead global Opportunity-to-Order (OTO) process design, standardization, and governance across regions; partner with Sales, Engineering, Finance and Digital teams to enable ERP/CRM integrations, drive continuous improvement, create SOPs, align regional adoption, track OTO KPIs, and support integration with adjacent value streams.

Lead and manage a GSA-focused technical sales team supporting AC power equipment sales. Provide technical RFP/specification and electrical drawing reviews, develop concept power architectures, assist in product and battery selection, and support account planning and customer engagements to drive sales growth. Collaborate cross-functionally and present sales analysis to senior leadership.

Provide technical sales support for AC power products: prepare tailored solutions and quotations, review custom orders, assist with application and post-sale support, use quote configurator tools, and collaborate with product managers and engineering on projects.

Lead technical and commercial engagement for cold plate and server-side liquid cooling, influence basis-of-design, engage early with customer engineering and decision-makers, drive pipeline and revenue growth, capture voice-of-customer insights, align product and engineering roadmaps, support RFPs and executive briefings, and represent Vertiv in industry discussions for AI and high-density compute cooling solutions.

Lead end-to-end execution for assigned cold plate customer accounts from design handoff through production, delivery, deployment, and acceptance. Translate customer schedules into internal plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive rapid design iterations, manage risks and escalations, and ensure on-time milestones and high customer satisfaction.

Lead global customer master data strategy, governance, and operations. Build and manage a global team to centralize and harmonize customer lifecycle processes, improve data quality, drive large-scale migrations and platform enhancements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement roadmaps across data, process, applications, and organizational change.

Serve as the technical controls interface for AMER sales and customers, generate ETO software variants and Sequences of Operation, ingest regional requirements into Kanban initiatives, support pre- and post-sales technical activities, and coordinate with global application, product, quality, and service teams to integrate AMER needs into the global baseline.

Manage cross-functional new product development and sustaining projects from planning through launch. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, marketing, and sales to meet schedule, cost, and scope. Monitor risks, issues, and critical-path activities, provide executive updates, ensure NPDI process compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Lead plant-level financial planning, forecasting, cost and inventory control, CAPEX management, and financial reporting. Partner with operations to support production ramp-up, maintain SOX/internal controls, support audits, and drive continuous improvement and financial transparency.

Lead end-to-end program management for high-density liquid cooling lab projects, coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver test environment buildouts, equipment procurement/commissioning, validation campaigns, and customer test programs on scope, schedule, and budget. Track progress, mitigate risks, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement in lab infrastructure and processes.
