Provide sales support for assigned channel accounts via phone and email, drive proactive business development, update and track CRM pipeline, assist outside sales with quotes and product info, qualify leads, coordinate campaigns, meet quotas, and escalate technical issues as needed.

Develop, validate, and optimize electrical models and simulations (Matlab/Simulink) for power systems and power electronics. Develop and validate control software, perform system integration testing, provide installation and commissioning support, troubleshoot PLC and communication protocols, prepare technical documentation, liaise with customers, and travel extensively to domestic sites.

Manage NPDI and digital/service transformation projects within a global PMO. Coordinate cross-functional teams to integrate service readiness into product launches, track schedules, risks, and KPIs, support stage-gate governance, maintain PMO tools and reporting (Power BI, Smartsheet, MS Project), and contribute to PMO process improvements and stakeholder communications.
