Support technical sales team by developing sales tools, maintaining product knowledge bases, conducting market research, preparing presentations and proposals, participating in meetings and training, and improving sales processes through cross-functional collaboration.

Develops and delivers technical training on safe operation, testing, and maintenance of electrical power system equipment for internal staff and external clients. Creates course materials, administers written and practical exams, manages curriculum and scheduling, supports field testing, and liaises with customers and sales to define training needs.

Coordinate across disciplines and manage equipment submittals and O&M packages.

Support design, configuration, testing, integration, and deployment of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and power monitoring systems. Perform system integration testing, troubleshoot PLC and communication protocol issues, provide technical support during installation and commissioning, prepare technical documentation, liaise with customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Support procurement team with supplier research, RFx preparation, cost-savings tracking, sourcing support, category strategy research, process improvement, and procurement project tasks under supervision.

Serve as the SME and single point of contact for OEM customers deploying AI workloads; advise on AI-ready data center and edge infrastructure (liquid cooling, power, racks, airflow); drive technical sales conversations with CIOs/CTOs and partners; enable and train channel and OEM partners; provide market intelligence and competitive positioning to influence product strategy.

Provide technical sales support for Vertiv 3-phase AC power solutions to GSA accounts by responding to RFPs/RFQs, reviewing specifications and electrical drawings, creating concept power architectures and single-line diagrams, sizing batteries, supporting account managers in customer engagements, and contributing to proposals, product feedback, and mentoring.

Support development, testing, validation, and documentation of lithium‑ion battery energy storage products. Assist with electrical testing, test plans, data collection/analysis, schematic interpretation, troubleshooting, prototype assembly, engineering documentation, component evaluation, and compliance activities while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a lab/manufacturing environment.

Support the IT Systems Product Management team with competitive and market research, sales and pricing analysis, KPI tracking, sales enablement materials, product positioning, cross-functional coordination, and project status reporting to inform strategic planning and portfolio growth.
