Lead end-to-end small process improvement projects and contribute to medium initiatives across OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, and Services. Facilitate cross-functional workshops, map value streams, perform root cause analysis, identify automation/AI opportunities, partner with IT and business leaders for system implementations, execute change management and training, and maintain projects in ServiceNow using VOS governance and data tools to support decisions.

Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components; create schematics and PCB layouts; perform circuit analysis and testing; troubleshoot and document solutions; ensure safety/code compliance; collaborate with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams through product development to production.

Lead national critical infrastructure and data center projects from pre-sales through commissioning. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and safety, resolve issues, and use Oracle, Smartsheet, and Power BI to track performance and reporting.

Lead enterprise-wide test strategy and standards across product development, validation, manufacturing, and certification. Own DVT methodology, direct the Core Engineering Test Automation team, align engineering and manufacturing test (DFT/EOL), manage certification agency relationships, and establish KPIs and continuous improvement for test effectiveness and automation adoption.

Design, develop, and validate 3-phase STS and PDU power products to meet industry standards and customer specs. Specify site planning, circuit breakers, controls, and perform test plans (thermal, EMI, metering, fault). Produce technical documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
