Provide second-level end-user hardware and software support, respond to service desk tickets, assist with installations, deployments, backups, and IT projects. Manage Dell Technologies account across a defined North American region, blending hunting and farming to hit revenue targets. Lead national critical infrastructure and data center projects from pre-sales through commissioning. Manage schedules, budgets, resources, stakeholders, safety, and issue resolution. Coordinate across order management, production, logistics, contractors, and field teams. Use Oracle, Smartsheet, and Power BI to track performance and maintain project margins.

Design and develop low-voltage electrical enclosures, wiring harnesses, schematics and panel layouts. Apply NEC/CSA/UL/IEEE standards, perform engineering calculations, support validation, manufacturability, testing, PLM documentation, and cross-functional product releases in a manufacturing environment.

Lead electrical architecture and system integration for rack- and row-based data center solutions. Own system-level electrical design, schematics, power distribution, grounding, short-circuit and coordination analysis, component selection, and regulatory compliance. Drive cross-functional design reviews, support manufacturing and pre-sales, mentor junior engineers, and refine electrical design standards.

Provide IP legal support across Vertiv's product lines: evaluate and monetize patent/trademark portfolios, draft and negotiate IP agreements, support prosecution and enforcement, advise senior management, manage outside counsel, and improve IP processes and operations.

Lead global operations reporting and governance by consolidating data across 30+ plants. Own KPI definitions, data integrity, Power BI dashboards, SQL data transformations, Oracle ERP integrations, and support AI/ML pilots to provide executive insights and drive continuous improvement across supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Serve as HR consultant to management and Inside Sales leadership. Handle employee relations, onboarding, performance management, coaching, talent acquisition, training coordination, and engagement initiatives. Support incentive plan administration and develop recognition and development programs.

Lead end-to-end program portfolio for Global MDM, Data Quality, and Governance: roadmap execution, resource planning, vendor and financial management, executive reporting, cross-functional coordination, and governance to drive program outcomes and operational rigor.
