Lead global MCAD tooling and practices: develop and maintain MCAD libraries, templates, SOPs and job aids; provide functional MCAD support; drive CAD/PDM upgrades; act as engineering liaison to MCAD solution providers and implement proofs of concept to improve MCAD usage.

Support SIOP planning by cleaning and standardizing data across MRP systems, building reports and dashboards on inventory and demand, analyzing execution variances, supporting business reviews, documenting processes, and participating in continuous improvement projects across Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, and Finance.

Investigate and remediate embedded firmware vulnerabilities, analyze firmware packages and exposed interfaces, support secure boot/firmware signing and update validation, conduct threat modeling and risk assessments, manage vulnerability response workflows, maintain SBOMs and supplier security documentation, ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, and collaborate with firmware, QA, and compliance teams on security testing and release readiness.

Lead end-to-end project and program management for enterprise sales orders, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. Act as customer advocate and escalation point, manage risks, align sales and technical stakeholders, oversee order entry, deployments, post-sales support, and continuous improvement.

Manage execution for assigned cold plate customer accounts from design handoff through production, delivery, deployment, and acceptance. Translate customer launch schedules into internal milestone plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and actions, drive issue resolution, and maintain customer communication and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Manage global new product development projects for data center physical infrastructure. Plan, staff, and direct project work to meet schedule, budget, and scope; coordinate stakeholders, prepare status reports and change requests, resolve technical issues, and improve PM processes. Onsite in Lincoln, NE with ~10% travel.

Plan, execute, and close hydronic flushing projects: analyze systems, create and review detailed flush plans, perform pump and flow calculations, visit sites, coordinate stakeholders, act as technical liaison, and drive continuous improvement.
