Serve as the global single point of contact for a key GSA account, leading end-to-end project and program execution. Lead individual contributor owning Vertiv's enterprise Shopify eCommerce platform end-to-end. Develop and customize frontend/backend Shopify features, implement Rust-based Shopify Functions for checkout logic, troubleshoot Oracle and middleware integrations, manage Linux/Azure infrastructure and security (CyberArk, PCI), maintain site performance and accessibility (WCAG), and act as primary escalation for production incidents while collaborating across IT, vendors, and business teams.

Define and scale Vertiv's global electrical services portfolio, develop standardized service definitions and SOPs, lead global deployment and regional enablement, partner with engineering and field teams for technical rigor, establish value-based pricing, and monitor lifecycle performance and continuous improvement across electrical infrastructure services.

Design and deliver custom liquid cooling and piping solutions from quote to production. Create rapid concept layouts, refine manufacturable designs, engage suppliers, oversee testing and validation, manage BOMs/PLM documentation, and integrate lessons learned into NPDI standards.

Supervise and train field engineers/technicians while performing complex troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and acceptance testing of electrical apparatus and substations (up to 500 kV). Lead large field projects, prepare estimates/proposals/reports/billing, interface with clients and support business development. Requires frequent travel, physical fieldwork and safety compliance.
