Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and evaluate warehouse employees while maintaining performance standards and lift-truck certifications. Support Lean Manufacturing and ensure safe, timely, and efficient warehouse activities across Ironton and Franklin Furnace, Ohio facilities.

Leads procurement for strategic data center projects, identifying and mitigating supply risks involving capacity, lead times, suppliers, quality, logistics, and single-source dependencies. Coordinates procurement with project schedules, engineering, manufacturing, materials planning, quality, and suppliers. Develops preventive strategies such as multisourcing, inventory buffering, and supplier capability development, while preparing executive reports on risks, mitigation plans, and progress.

Support new thermal product development: create and modify mechanical parts/assemblies/drawings in CAD, maintain BOMs, assist prototype builds and lab testing (2nd shift), perform thermal system modeling, troubleshoot field issues, coordinate testing, and collaborate with marketing, manufacturing, service and quality.

Read and interpret RFPs and customer requirements; create concept designs and CAD models for modular data center architecture; specify structural/architectural components; coordinate with HVAC, electrical, controls and fire protection teams; produce technical proposals and design documents; support sales and technical account teams; communicate solutions to customers and suppliers.

Supports project management teams by documenting meetings, tracking milestones, maintaining project plans, compiling KPI and financial reports, preparing client documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting engineering, production, logistics, and field service activities. The role requires strong organization, communication, analytical, reporting, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Leads software and controls projects from inception through commissioning and client handover. Responsibilities include defining scope, planning schedules, allocating resources, mentoring teams, managing budgets and risks, coordinating contractors and suppliers, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, reporting to leadership, ensuring quality and client satisfaction, and capturing lessons learned. Requires domestic and international site travel.
